At FLOW Book Club we read great books! Each session helps kids develop literacy skills and a love of reading. Participants will broaden their vocabulary, increase their fluency, and engage in open dialogue about challenging subjects.

FLOW Book Club

We encourage kids to read with a pen or highlighter and mark any passages they like or find interesting or confusing. Have them keep a list of new vocabulary words and look them up. They can also bring two questions about the book to our meetings. These practice will help your kiddo get the most out of FLOW Book Club.

Book Club is FREE until Corona Virus is over.

If you want to join us, RSVP on the form below and we'll email a link to the Book Club Hangout.

See you there!

As the German troops begin their campaign to "relocate" all the Jews of Denmark, Annemarie Johansen’s family takes in Annemarie’s best friend, Ellen Rosen, and conceals her as part of the family.

Through the eyes of ten-year-old Annemarie, we watch as the Danish Resistance smuggles almost the entire Jewish population of Denmark, nearly seven thousand people, across the sea to Sweden. The heroism of an entire nation reminds us that there was pride and human decency in the world even during a time of terror and war.
